People from five different countries struggle each day. The powerful want to stay in command and keep their good fortunes. The rest fight to survive day by day.
A Land of the Magic...
In Shayz'renth, there's great power over the elements: shadow, light, fire, water, wind, and earth, but it can only be granted only by the Sages that rule them. Each day brings another theft, another murder, and another noble feigning ignorance. Every day a person must chose between what is right and what is wrong.
A Land of Barrenness...
In Kolshtak, the desert brings little to those who live in it. Communities form around sources of water, depending on them for survival. It is from this country that the gypsies were born, clans that formed generations ago to survive.
A Land of the Nature...
Governed by elves, Manti strives to be the most beautiful country. Still recovering from a civil war, they are enjoying peaceful times again. Some within are not so well off though. While some cities are rich with beauty and life, other cities are struggling each day.
A Land of the Trade...
It's not easy to be a landlocked country, and Lalan'ay would agree. What they cannot get from the ocean, they make up for in hard work and patience. They reach out to make trades routes with the countries around them.
A Land of the Chaos...
Pyroose has no central government. Their frozen lands are littered with hundreds of clans. Most of the people stay in the forested mountains. It is the most violent of the five countries. The people often prey on each other. Those born within are unlikely to ever see adulthood, and the brave travelers who visit have a tendency to disappear.

Our story begins long ago, when the Earth was nothing more than darkness and air. Two figures appeared, one was a male and one a female. Their pelts shimmered like what would soon be the stars. These two figures looked like wolves only with some slight differences. Who were these strange creatures, you ask? Tor and Fenris. These two are the wolf gods that mostly all wolves look up to for guidance and strength. Tor is favored by the she-wolves while Fenris is favored by the males.
The gods created the stars, the sun, moon and finally the Earth. They helped create all the animal species living on Earth, but mostly the wolves. The first wolves would be their sons and daughters, carrying their blood. They were asked to fall in love and multiply. Over time this was done and the wolves ruled the Earth.
Many years later, the wolves were constantly fighting amongst each other, some were even killed. It wasn't until a spirit appeared, named Sita, that these fights stopped. Sita was Tor's first daughter and sent down to tell the wolves how to survive with each other. "Stop this meaningless fighting and look at each other. See what you are doing to them and yourself. You need to stick together to survive and carry out the gods heritage," the young wolf said. The fighting ended and all the wolves in the land formed three packs: Imala, Chilaili and Naden. The land of Diare was born.
It's a year after the legend took place and after Larka & Morgra died at the citadel. Although they never came to Diare, they are looked upon the Packs. Larka more than Morgra, however. The three Packs are thriving and strong after a terrible winter. Battles in Diare were a thing of the past and everything was pretty peaceful. That is, until a mysterious group of wolves appeared.
They call themselves the Everu and claimed to be the most powerful Pack ever. Of course the three Packs couldn't allow this and battles started, wounding and killing many. The Packs backed off and reluctantly let the Everu settle in a dark part of the land. It's now being said that the Dragga & Drappas of the Pack have a power somewhat like the Sight, only darker. They can control the minds of wolves in their Pack, force them to do what the leaders wish. They are seen as gods in the Pack's eyes. The other Packs know they have to be stopped, but how? Fortunately, the Sight still lives in wolves today. Two wolves harness the power in Diare, while two others have other types of magic. With the help of their ancestors, they can stop the Everu once and for all.

Many centuries ago, before the world had a name, and before human beings had ever spread their seed of destruction about the galaxy, there existed a race of four-legged beings known as the Zoul [Zow - ool]. They were a peaceful nation, one in which each and every individual was assigned a Sentient Grail that required reaching by the end of their mortal lives. For the good of their society, and for the promise of a heavenly afterlife, each Zoulan strived to achieve their Grail. And most every one did reach their Grail. But there was one whom did not.
His name was Heligro, and with his failure came his exile to the great Western Desert, its sands lifeless as they were vast. Heligro wandered the deserts for days until he finally collapsed, preparing himself for death. Just when he thought he would enter the blackened abyss, a deep, rumbling voice called out between the songs of the dunes.
"Your bones will turn to dust where you lay. They will drift with the wind and infect the remainder of your race with your poisonous sin. Your kind will cease to exist. They will fade off into nothingness, into distant memories, forgotten by all unless you consider my alternative and allow me to restore to you your life. Aide me in my quest for power, shelter me in your blackened soul, submit to my will, and I will give you everything you want and more. I will give you your Grail, Zoul. I will give you your Grail."
Torn between a desire to protect his kind, and a desire to hate them for what they had done to him, Heligro accepted the stranger's offer. He felt his body lift from the ground; he felt his thirst evaporate with his pain and hunger; he felt a renewed strength begin to pulse through his veins as they steadily filled with black blood. His bones cracked and popped as a transformation took over his body, and he forever lost the appearance of the horse-like Zoul.
Now he bore two legs, two arms and a long snout with a split lower jaw. Serrated teeth lined each mandible, a forked tongue rested upon the thin flap of reddened skin connected the lower jaws together. His eyes rolled in his head, turning scarlet from brown, and large slit-like nostrils moved forward on his snout. No longer did he possess a tail, and his neck had shortened considerably. Black armor now plated his strange body, glistening in the light of the desert starlight. He took his first step, while an internal voice commanded him what to do next.
"You will hunt down your people, infect them with your disease, and spread my message of power throughout the world you once called your own. You, Heligro, are my minion. My Wraith."
